Description
Emperor Gaustion Edge has decided to come to Akkinda, where he will begin his campaign for the enhancement of Speran culture. In front of a crowd of thousands, his words and actions will be monitored closely. The guards stand at ready; for anything could happen.

Time: 12 Noon

• It is okay to attack the Emperor. However, know that you will face an incredible amount of backlash.
  
• No one is allowed to play an NPC that is not involved.

The city was in a complete frenzy. Many began rushing towards the courtyard, located in the Southeastern portion of Akkinda. Those that went were of all ages, shapes and sizes; Ronoan, Elenor, Linzin, Human - even a couple Draconeans. One might even find a few Ul'Torin making their way into the surfacing crowds.

The commotion was all centered around a large balcony stage, people sprawling for miles in a massive crowd to watch as many soldiers made their way onto the stage. The children in the audience were all wowed as many of the well-armored men made their way onto the stage; standing in lines far behind a massive podium.

Soon, more people began to come onto the stage; one of which earning an eruption of cheers from the people. Gaustion Edge, the Emperor of Spera, stood in his whitened robing and crown atop his head, gazing over his citizens. His face was serene, being projected onto a larger screen above him. He smiled to all of the jovial crowds, waving to them.

It was when they finally calmed that he began to speak. "Hello, Speran citizens," he greeted the crowds, earning another round of cheers. The male held up his hand, allowing his subjects to calm themselves. "The Speran Military and I have come to this city for a very special reason."

Many were interested, and even more were surfacing into the crowds one by one.

Among these was Snow Ariana, who stood near the middle of the crowding. She wore a hat on her head - a green camouflage flak hat - for shielding her face from the sun, a white shirt and blue jeans. Normal attire for a special occasion; her modus operandi.

She was definitely wondering what type of announcement would be given.

[Luci]

"Oh, excuse me! Sorry about that! Oh sorry...." Miharu bounced these apologies back and forth about the people he is congested with. Many pushes commence from those who did not mean to, those who don't notice, and those that simply does not care. Sometimes it can be a hassle being nice. Good thing the Linzin catches a free shortcut in the corner of his eye.

Managing his way through the one-way parade of people, he steps out and onto some concrete stairs as he looks towards where the people are heading. The Akkinda Capitoal Building. Today, Lord Gasution is suppose to making a speech today, and of course almost everybody is going to be there.

A sigh escapes Miharu's lips. He wishes his mother would accompany him, but she would rather "scratch her ass with a rake" than come to a public speaking. Oh well...

Miharu runs down the almost empty and open area under a large structure that almost rivals the Capitol Building. Eventually, people who has figured out the unclogged areas, starts to appear more and more as he gets as close as he can. He gets a nice area between a male, somewhat impatient looking Ronoan and a human mother soothing her younger baby to sleep. Aww~

"You have a pretty baby, ma'am~" Miharu comments with a thoughtful grin, pulling his legs up over the ledge. He situates his buttocks along the ledge while keeping his hands firm, just so that he doesn't fall on some unsuspecting people below.

"Why thank you, little boy." The lady replies back with a warm smile, making Miharu feel a sweatdrop roll down.

"Come on, I'm 17..."

Despite the unintentional blow at his dignity, he feels quite comfortable watching the Lord deliver his speech from the balcony overlooking all. The Linzin boy sports a short-sleeved sunset hue shirt and dark blue jeans, joined with a white vest zipped down all the way. Miharu's fiery tail swishes with the wind as he listens to the rest of the speech.

"Emperor Gaustion Edge, hmpf." Erebus mumbled to himself as he approached the area infested with people awaiting his "word". Erebus continues to walk towards the area, he is dressed differently on this day. He is not wearing his usual get up of armor and various weapons, no, today he dressed in a crisp black suit. Black tie, white shirt, black-hat, black pants and of course, a black suit jacket.

Erebus pulls the hat over his eyes a little and maneuvers through the crowd. "Pardon me miss." "Excuse me sir." Erebus states as he moves on through. He begins to search the crowd to see if he noticed anyone in particular. "Well, there's Ms. Ariana, and there's that Lizin fellow." He looks up to the balcony with much disgust. "What could he possibly want."

"What is going on, sir?" Eternal ask the man in front of him. He just got to the city and notice the crowd in front of the Capitoal Building.

The man replied with out turning around, "Today, Lord Gasution is suppose to making a speech today." Eternal quickly thank him and went looking for a spot to hear the speech. As he look around for an spot, Lord Gasution started his speech.

"The Speran Military and I have come to this city for a very special reason." Eternal give up on his search in the crowd and jump to the roof of a nearby building. As he look at the lord he couldn't help but wonder what he will say.

The monarch standing atop the podium looked to all of his citizens, surveying each and every face. He was sure to let them know he was addressing them, rather than simply giving some type of 'random' speech. This was to be for everyone who was willing to listen to him and his words. Underneath all of the robing, Gaustion was actually at an unease for his announcement.

"People of Spera, I have been working on a project for many years. A very secret one," that earned a few murmurs from the crowd - all of varying reactions. "The wireframe of this entire operation was crafted with the interest of safety."

Interest of safety? Was something happening in Spera that the Emperor had left unsaid?

It was then that many of the more perceptive individuals of the audience could tell that something was definitely wrong. The powerful man standing above them was keeping secrets; and from the connotation, it was something that was of dire consequence.

"Our government has come up with a way for us to enhance Spera, and bring it to a level of power never before seen," the bomb was then finally dropped. "We are planning an operation to occupy the Deadlands as a colony of Spera."

What was the reaction of the crowd? Well, just as he'd expected; outcry and surprise. Many of the people yelled and gasped at the revelation. Occupy the Deadlands? As a colony?

'Another plan to increase Speran power,' Snow would make to gaze around at all of the incensed citizens. Amazingly, there were less of the perturbed than she would've expected.

[Nyx]

Erebus stood in the crowd watching intently at the 'ruler'. He watched as Gaustion surveyed, as he looked to each of the faces living in front of him, something was surely up. "What ever it is, he needs to do it quickly." Erebus stated to himself. "Standing in one place for too long, is a bad thing in my book."

He then heard Gaustion speak "People of Spera, I have been working on a project for many years. A very secret one," The murmurs and whispers of the crowd flowed around like a disease. He then continued "Our government has come up with a way for us to enhance Spera, and bring it to a level of power never before seen," There was the kicker in his speech. "We are planning an operation to occupy the Deadlands as a colony of Spera."

"Really?" Erebus said to himself. "You want to occupy the deadlands, so corrupt this man is, always looking for power. Let things be."

[Luci]

"People of Spera, I have been working on a project for many years. A very secret one. Our government has come up with a way for us to enhance Spera, and bring it to a level of power never before seen. We are planning an operation to occupy the Deadlands as a colony of Spera."

If the young Linzin's heterochromatic couldn't get any bigger, they would be as wide as the flaming orb in the sky. The Deadlands? Of all places?? Miharu has only head stories about that landscape shrouded with secrets and untold possibilities. But for the expansion of Speran power?? This is definitely something new... Mom is going to eat this up when he gets home.

"What! Are they cazey?"Saying Eternal was shock was an understameant. If the lord coloniez the deadlands, it will cause an lot of chaos. Was he really that desperate for power? That only mean one thing, slowly Eternal tighten his cloak and mummbles to the wind.

"This is no speech, but recruitment"

Gaustion could only expect the immediate outcry from his people. It wasn't without good reason; this decision was a hard one to make. However, he would bear the brunt of it so that Spera would flourish.

With that in mind, he held his hand. The people took longer to calm themselves. "I understa-" he wasn't able to completely get his word out as the shouts began to escalate. They were panicking. This was not going the way he'd planned. "Please, everyone-" again, his pleading went unacknowledged.

Thus, he turned around to look to the woman behind him. "Ms. Novis," he stated with slight exasperation.

The woman shook her head, sighing. "This was to be expected, Lord Gaustion," frankly, the reactions were a bit underwhelming in comparison to what the woman had expected.

He nodded in agreement, turning back to the podium. "My people," he addressed all within the audience. They did not listen. Gaustion was not one to ever choose this proceeding alternative, but it seemed that he needed to resort to it. "Silence yourself!"

The male let out the bellow into the microphone. That got their attention, much of the audience staring in shock. Their Emperor had... raised his voice? Impossible. He wasn't like that. At least, that's what they believed.

The supreme ruler of Spera was his title, so they were expected to give him the utmost respect. However, he felt a slight pang in his heart for having to scold them. It wasn't right. His emotion did not show into the large screen.

"My people..." he began to speak once they were sufficiently silent. "I understand that this is not the most comforting of news. I apologize for that," he could already see some of the crowd beginning to disappear. "Please understand, though; I promise that everything will be okay. Nothing will happen to our nation as a result of the colonization."

He held out his hand. "Along with Ms. Alei Novis and the Judge Consuls, we will delegate on the safest and most prudent options on how to proceed through the Deadlandic colonizing."

Snow watched as Gaustion attempted to pull himself from the ditch he just dug. Frankly, she could see that not much would help. The crowds were still in a state of unease.

Hikaru sat on a rooftop, just a little ways from the Emperor's standing. She had listened to the announcement, and every word made her skin crawl and made her hands clench tighter.

"That man is a fool" She spoke to herself. Such a lunge for power would bastardize the public's respect for their leader. She had hated his guts before, but that passion burned even brighter. The wind blew by her, making her hair flow. She sstood up, staring in the Emperor's direction.

"Such a fool among those..... men."

She slowly slid her claws upon her hands. If no one else would take action, she would take the initiative, and stain her blades red with royalty.

[Nyx]

Erebus' eyes people surfed as he watched people burst into a debate amongst themselves about whether this was a wise decision. "It is not ours to decide," Erebus thought to himself. "It is ours to influence." Then the unthinkable happened, or at least by the people's perspective. The emperor raised his voice and when he did that, that made Erebus have an eyebrow raise. "He raised his voice, progress." Erebus said with exaggeration.

Gaustion promises that everything will be 'okay'. Per-say him. "Hmpf, a fool among fools, does not make leadership." Erebus said before he started to walk away from the crowd.

Eternal shook his head in disbelief, that man dug his own grave today. He turn away from the lord and jump from his sit.

"His path is tide with spera's, only time will tell if it is a wise idea." He spoke out loud, not caring if anyone hear him. As he think of the future, he felt for comfort of his knife. He stop at the cross rode for the market plaza.

Looking back at Gaustion he wouldn't help the feeling of despair that hit him, "If this back fire, and it most likely will, i will hunt you down sine my hand with blood" Eternal told himself, " For this will only hurt us"

[Luci]

The Linzin started feeling particularly anxious. Not because of the startling news, but from the sudden reaction of the crowd of people. He even noticed some people walking away, like the agitated Ronoan walking away from his "seat." Looking forward back towards the balcony, his feline ears flatten at the distress on the Emporer's face. The Lord certainly did not want this…

Miharu's feline ears shoots up from sheer surprise, tail straightening out momentarily. Lord Gaustion raising his voice? Now the Linzin is positive that he is troubled.

"But will we actually be safe?" he questions in his mind, making sure not to spur the opinions of people around him. The mother near him is holding her child particularly tightly, the bundle of joy in her arms more concerned with the blue above than the riot going on. Miharu can only hope that the worst will not come...

"How annoying," the woman with draping ebon hair sighs in her mind. People leaving, slight oppression possibly beginning to rise - that's the last thing Selene needs right now. She stands up straight from against the wall, her arms still folded adamantly across her bosom. She wears a sleeveless navy blue top and black leather pants, her armor also on her person in case anything were to happen. You never know with these Speran people.

Selene herself is quite surprised that Gaustion would have the gall to stick his nose in that particular area. But that's what happens in the quest for power; Selene is familiar with it all too well. And who knows? Maybe the journey could be... thrilling~

Her cobalt eyes darts to her soldiers from both sides, signaling them to straighten and be on the ready in case of a possible offense. Hehehe, she dares someone to make a challenge actually. It would appease her boredness and the quiet that has been around for a while.

Gaustion watched as the crowds began to waver. He was losing them. Frankly, it was to be expected. How exactly were you supposed to drop news like this without backlash from some of the morally 'upstanding'. It was a foolish thing to do, but if he was going to save Spera and its people; the expansion was necessary. The things that loomed over that horizon were much too dangerous.

Snow had decidedly stayed in her seat, content to watch all of the people begin to leave back into the city. Not even 30 minutes into the speech, and people were already giving up on their Emperor? Gaustion's news must've impacted everyone hard. Cracked was their view of their once peaceful ruler, she could only imagine. Then again, many people also decided to stay.

The woman turned her head when the male began to speak once again. "People of Spera, please," he was begging now? Pathetic. "This is a cause for all of you! Therefore, know that we will be increasing the amount of military personnel around the cities."

"Increasing military personnel..." Snow mumbled lowly. Fucking Anima, that could only end in disaster.

The crowd began to stir once again, all not knowing how to take the news given to them.

"This is to promote safety," his response was geared toward the imminent scrutiny. They were not listening, instead arguing amongst one another.

Amazing, how quickly the public view could change in such a short amount of time. Were they just sheep? Or, was the idea of occupying the Deadlands such an abhorrent idea?

Snow could admit, it was a reckless idea.

[Nyx]

"Because of us?!" stated Erebus in his mind to himself. "How can this possibly be for us?" Erebus then turned back around and faced the emperor. As he said this, Erebus decided to see ow much bigger this hole that the emperor dug for himself, can get. Erebus closes his eyes and recites a message, "Darkness is eternal, darkness is corrupt." Erebus starts off, "Calm you must be, to see your path, quickly come assist me, Meifang you must be!"

Meifang then emerges from the inside of Erebus with a quick flash of light. "Such a lovely day!" Meifang states aloud. "Erebus, why have you called me out?"

"I would like for you to hear this speech first hand Meifang, instead of listening through me." Erebus said as he looked down to his bestfriend and guide in life. "Well by all means then, let's listen to his remaining speech." Meifang said as she started to float while moving her wings.

"I am soooooo late!" Anavitelli stated as she was running towards the center of town to meet up with the citizens. Ms. Bisclowe stops in her tracks as she watches people walking from the center, murmuring to themselves. One of the citizens stopped and noticed her, "Oh! Ms. Bisclowe, I mean... Judge Consul Bisclowe!" stated the man. "Hello Citizen." Anavitelli said with an ear twitch and a tail swish. "I think that you should talk to your boss, 'Emperor Gaustion', I think that he may need your advice on the way he's handling the deadlands situation." the man stated before walking away.

Anavitelli watched as more people started walking past her, the wind blew making her beautiful pink hair flow with the breeze. "By everything holy Spera, Gaustion, what have you done?" Anavitelli said as she turned and looked at the balcony.

[Luci]

The thought mulls over in Miharu's pink head, him bringing his legs from over the ledge and hoping down on the alabaster pavement. He begins walking back down the slope he ascended earlier, his hands stuffed in pockets of contemplation.

Raising military personnel? Would that involve drafting as well? That would definitely cause even more stir within the public people than just now. And not in the pretty way, either. It's still pretty amazing how quickly they were excited to see him and then turn on him in the same pace.

Seeing some people file out, Miharu takes the chance to move up in the crowd to hear the rest of the Lord's announcement. But, it's pretty difficult to maneuver when you have people of different shapes and sizes pushing you back and forth around like a pinball. Just like before - some polie, some rude and some just don't care.

"Ahh, excuse me, pardon m- mm!" Miharu is muffled, his body accidentally bumping up against a black suited man who seemed concentrated. Standing back quickly, Miharu throws his hand behind his head nervous chuckle.

"Excuse me, sir! I didn't mean to bump into ya, like that... Hehehe..." Miharu quickly apologized to the man practically towering Miharu in height. And guess what height he is...

Selene's blue eyes practically shoot at every possible corner, making sure nothing happens. Well, she hopes something happens. She's not all too sure. If nothing happens for the rest of this controversial speech, then she can possibly sneak a small nap. If something does occur, then bring on the bloodbath. She licks her lips in anticipation at that notion.

But more military personnel? The idea doesn't sound to bad in her opinion, though the people's opinion may have to come first.

"Whatever course of action his lordship decides to take," Selene thinks with a nonchalant shrug of her shoulders ... Damn, she needs something to munch on right now.

'More military personnel? Promoting safety!?' Eternal could only shake his head. Turning back to the lord, he begin to see ghost over him. It wasn't a lord or someone who only want power, but someone who know something. And slowly he went back to his spot, he shell give the man one more chance.

"Aside, who know it might be wort it"

As the speech continued, she slowly drew closer towards the Emperor over the rooftops. She kept walking until she reached the end of the final house, the closest she could get while above them. She proceeded to sit on the edge. Keeping her claws out of sight, she overlooked the prey and its mindless sheep he calls bodyguards.

She would of descended down to strike at him right now, if temptation wasn't tugging at the back of her mind. He was digging his own hole right in front of his people. With the right timing, she could descend down, and object, appearing to be the sensible one.

Whether that made the public side with her or not didn't matter. All she hoped that the pissant thing the people called a riot would escalate into bloodshed. A true riot, in front of the Emperor. and, if she could pull it off, a decapitation for them all to see as his blood poured out of his neck before tossing the lifeless head down into the crowd.

She was smiling and chuckling with a great dark tone to both. The thought only urged her forth to kill him. But she would wait, until the moment was right.

Every second drew the moment closer.

Snow could see the anticipation on some of the soldier's faces as they began to straighten for Brigadier Commander Locke. The woman was known for her military genius and serenity in the face of battle. The Speran Military was under great leadership; attacking them would only bring the death of those who would attempt to defy them.

Gaustion could swear that he could feel sweat on his brow, creasing and running his face with each word that spilled from his mouth. His nerves were almost shot from the horrid reception of the people. He hadn't felt this nervous since his induction as the Emperor!

Unfortunately, the sun was still clear in the sky, and the meeting was still in progression. Gaustion began to speak once again. "I understand that this upsets you all..." he sounded apologetic over his booming volume from the Voice Amplification magic circle in front of his mouth. Why must the people of Spera be so uncooperative?

"We, the head of our government, will work to keep you all safe! That is what we assure," he stated.

Snow didn't know how much more of this volleyball of promises she could take. It seemed that with every passing moment, everything he stated would simply be negated in another breath.

This was getting hard to watch, really.

[Nyx]

As Erebus and Meifang stood there, at least Erebus was, Meifang could float. Anyhow, they were listening intently at the emperors attempt at closing up the hole that he dug. "I understand that this upsets you all..." Gaustion stated. "Upsets us all? Not me, I'm just puzzled at how much of an imbecile he is." Erebus stated to Meifang. "Must you be so sharp-tounged and cold hearted to this man?" Meifang said as she looked at Erebus.

"If it's the right thing to say, then so be it. You of all people know that he has a clouded judgement going about this task." Erebus said as he looked to her. "While this is true, let's continue to listen. He may say something to swing in his favor." Meifang said. "He may..." Erebus finished. Just as Erebus finished talking he felt a nudge on his body and a muffled sound. "Excuse me, sir! I didn't mean to bump into ya, like that... Hehehe..." said a voice. "Oh, that's quite alright--" Erebus said but stopped when he turned and looked. "Miharu, there you are. I was wondering where you were, how are you? What do you think about this disaster of a speech?" Erebus asked as he watched Miharu's laughing look.

Anavitelli reached the center of town where quite a crowd still was. Listening to the speech, they still were. Interesting. Anavitelli saw some military personel standing guard in the center. "I didn't think Gaustion wanted any protection with him." Anavitelli said to herself. She listened to some of speech as she stood below.

"I understand that this upsets you all..." Gaustion said sounding apologetic. "This is what happens Gaustion." Anavitelli said to herself. "I've got to make my way up there and talk some sense into this man." Anavitelli started to walk towards the entrance to the building where Gaustion was talking. She walked in thinking of what to smash into his head with, words will be doing the smashing that is.

[Luci]

Miharu's eyes opens up to the familiar face of Erebus, his nervous smile blooming into a full-blown grin. "Erebus!" the young Linzin exclaimed, his ears perking up with his attitude.

"Miharu, there you are. I was wondering where you were, how are you? What do you think about this disaster of a speech?" he asked, Miharu sensing something of an annoyed tone.

"Oh, I'm doing just fine actually! And honestly... I'm not really sure." Miharu replies back with his uncertainty, looking forward at Lord Gaustion's attempt at redemption. It was a little saddening actually...

"I understand that this upsets you all... We, the head of our government, will work to keep you all safe! That is what we assure."

"I actually feel bad for him right now. But the colonization of the Deadlands though - that's where I'm not entirely sure..."

The raven-haired female continues to scan the area with dark blue sharpness, her eyes resting on the current heads of the government. Gaustion Edge, Alei Novis, along with other prominent figures. But she can't her finger on someone that's missing...

"Oh yeah, Anavitelli. I wonder where she's at... Even though it's still kinda early in the speech," Selene notes, deciding to slip out her large dagger sheathed in her thigh-holster. Sunlight traces the fine edges of the blade, her grin reflecting off the silver steel. Oh how she wishes she could shed some blood right now. She just has this itchy feeling for some reason... But whatever it is, she loves it.

Gaustion was nearly at the end of his speech. Good, the sooner he could stop and leave this fiasco, the better. Then, he could plan on ways to gain back public trust. It was needed for such a drastic operation he was planning. The colonizing of the Deadlands... it was something that hasn't been done since the final colonization of Spera.

It would break apart the nation. That much he was sure of. However, for the sake of the prosperity of their mighty home; Gaustion was willing to take that chance. A fool, he might be; but perceptive, he was.

"People of Spera, please understand. I am here for your benefit, and your benefit only," it was like a broken record. "I will see to it that all of you are cared for."

Snow couldn't take much more of this, moving to turn away from the male. He was being foolish in thinking that he could save himself all in one fell swoop. The public would not be wooed by grandiose promises of prosperity and peace. War was all they were headed toward.

With that set in her mind, the brunette began push past the crowds.

The Emperor knew full well that he wouldn't make it from this speech with his reputation unscathed. He took that chance when he came out here. "Unfortunately, that's the price you pay..." Gaustion sighed away from the Voice Amplification Magic. Going back up to podium, he began to speak once again. "Do not worry, my citizens. These plans will take time to come into effect. Until then, militant activity shall be doubled. We will not allow anyone to be harmed," finally, he could end the speech on a note that was more or less agreeable. "We are Spera. Through the oceans of strife and blazes of glory, we shall rise. We are Spera, victory is our name!"

With that, many in the crowd did, indeed, clap. The cheering was far less jovial than previous. Not surprising. Gaustion turned, taking his leave toward the edge of the stage, making to go down them.

"Sir, are you sure this will go over well?" Alei had to voice her concerns for the monarch. She walked behind him at an increasingly clipped pace.

Gaustion could only sigh. "Alei... I know that this will not go over well," his voice was tired. "It will not hinder me, however."

Alei would leave it at that. Whenever Lord Gaustion stated something, his mind was always made up. However, her attention was caught when she saw a young woman walking briskly toward them. "Anavitelli," the woman called out.

Gaustion turned his attention to the woman as well. "Hello, Anavitelli. Good to see you were here for that disgraceful show, haha," he stated with a slight sense of awkwardness. Knowing the woman, she might try to reprimand him.

Speaking of which, he wondered how much work he'd made for Ms. Locke and her soldiers. Anima only knows that she'd be angry with him.

[Nyx]

Erebus stood facing towards Gaustion but listened to every word Miharu had to say to him. "Oh, I'm doing just fine actually! And honestly... I'm not really sure." Miharu stated at first. "I actually feel bad for him right now. But the colonization of the Deadlands though - that's where I'm not entirely sure..." Miharu finished and Erebus agreed fully. "I'm with you on that note Miharu." stated Erebus. "This man goes about looking for power so blindly and then hopes to rectify his actions by saying it's for the benefit of the people." finished Erebus. "I feel that he is trying his best to do so. He may just need a little guidance the other consul member. Anavitelli, I think her name is." Meifang said and then gave Erebus a slight smile. Walking through the hallways with much attitude and agression Anavitelli heard her name being called out by a familiar voice. It was Alei. "Hello Alei, good to see you again." Anavitelli said and then turned to Gaustion. "Hello, Anavitelli. Good to see you were here for that disgraceful show, haha," Gaustion stated, he knew what was to come. "You do all of this, and a 'Hello' is the best thing that you could come up with to say to me Gaustion?" Anavitelli stated with a blunt voice. "How can you be so blind with this ideal of yours. You need to do what is best for the people, and right now, you're not doing so well." Anavitelli finished and waited for a response.

Miharu nods to the black-clothed man, the young Linzin noticing that Erebus seems to be pretty deep in thought. However, he still listens to the rest of the Lord's speech as he wraps it up with endearing statements.

I will see to it that all of you are cared for," Gaustion takes a moment to himself before continuing, "Unfortunately, that's the price you pay... Do not worry, my citizens. These plans will take time to come into effect. Until then, militant activity shall be doubled. We will not allow anyone to be harmed. We are Spera. Through the oceans of strife and blazes of glory, we shall rise. We are Spera, victory is our name!"

Miharu's ears perk up from Erebus' sudden comment about Lord Gaustion. He must of not had a great opinion about Gaustion at all... Though Miharu wonders who this Meifang is Erebus stated in his small outburst. The Linzin is about to ask who Meifang is before Erebus makes another random statement.

"Hey Erebus, who's Meifang and Anavitelli?" the rosy-haired boy asked with a curious swish of his tail.

Selene leaves swiftly after Alei and Gaustion departs first when the speech ended. She really didn't have an opinion about this at first, except thinking that the "Lord" has some balls. Then it just dawned on her - doubled military personnel.... that equals more work.

"Goddammit..." Selene seethed under her breath, walking up near Alei just in time to hear her call out Anavitelli's name. Looking forward, the cobalt-eyed female's eye glints with anticipation at the oncoming verbal ass-beating for Gaustion. This would actually be funny.
