The ability to fill or recognize true emotions to a point where an empath can relate to sentient being by sensing true feelings that run deeper than those portrayed on the surface.

Capable of feeling emotional energies within another being, even should they attempt to hide it
Able to understand the feeling of animals
Can easily escape a trap or dangerous situation if more then one being is nearby

Can cause self Isolation or anti social behavior
Can confuse one own feeling for another feeling (Ex someone is angry at someone else and the empath "pick it up" he/she might confuse the emotion as there own) mostly angry, love, or sadness
One is not able to pinpoint an emotion accurately unless they know exactly what the emotion is

Learning this skill takes some practice, as well as some intense study. The user can usually submit about 8 posts of them actively learning it.

This portion is a bit unclear: "Unable to known your own feeling and another". Are you saying that the person will be unable to know what their own feelings are, despite being Empaths?

Going even deeper, the skill itself - while very, very good, by the way - seems to be a way for Metagaming. One is simply capable of reading through the person's emotions, and you know what will happen to them or what they feel. Maybe place some limitations? Like, for instance; change the capability of "feel or recognize emotions" to "capable of feeling emotional energies within another being, even should they attempt to hide it".

Put into the Limitations "one is not able to pinpoint an emotion accurately unless they know exactly what the emotion is".

After that, the skill will be accepted.
