Fear Inducement

The user of this skill has the ability to cause people and others to feel unwilling fear, one of the most primal urges ever. They use magic and psychic energy to invoke the brain's survival chemicals, which initiates an almost immediate fight-or-flight mentality. The user can only keep this up for as long as they concentrate.

Capabilities

• Can conjure up horrid images, such as bringing up past traumas or showing extremely horrible images: such as people murdered brutally or torture.
  
• Can alter up the illusions of horrid imagery to their own benefit.
  
• Capable of being used on both people and monsters.
  
• User is able to see the traumas that plague a person.
  
• No target is able to break out by "sheer willpower", unless there is something allowing them to do so.

Limitations

• The user must make an inference as to why a trauma plagues someone. They will not know simply by using their power.
  
• If the user loses concentration, they will be incapable of using Fear Inducement.
  
• This can only work on those who have come into direct eye contact with the individual within four posts. After those four posts, and nothing has been used, the user will be incapable of utilizing it until the person has come into eye contact with them.
  
• The user is only able to effect up to two targets at a time. Attempting to use it against more will result in the power being unusable for the entirety of the RP/battle.
  
• This technique cannot directly hurt anything it is being used on. It can only serve as a minor (or major) distraction for the target.
  
• Anything that blocks the effects, such as mental barriers, will render this technique useless.

Learning this skill takes a knowledge of psychology and physiology. The user can usually submit about 28 posts of them actively learning it.
