The user gains the ability to manipulate, reform and bring to life all forms of ink and paint.

Capabilities

• Can control ink and paint on nearly all surfaces, including skin.
  
• Can create balls, volleys, blasts, and streams of paint/ink.
  
• Can create paint/ink constructs.
  
• Can create paint/ink shields/barriers/armors.
  
• Can create tendrils or sentient figures of paint.

Capabilities

• User must have a paint supply ready to be used when they go into battle with it. If there is no paint around, the user will be incapable of using Melanopalleta. To get paint on the fly, it would be best to buy it.
  
• One is not able to control another paint source already being manipulated by Melanopalleta.

Learning Curve
Steep
It's almost impossible to get this skill right off the bat. It requires some of the most studious of people to completely understand. The user can usually submit about 16 posts of them actively learning it.
