Seras is a woman of youthful appearance, with long blond hair and striking chocolate-colored eyes. Her visage is that of the pinnacle of royalty, with ornate jewels, necklaces, and chains adorning her ostentatious clothing. She normally wears a cape draped around her shoulders, with many different types of beautifully crafted robing and accessories.

Seras is a woman of class and ideals. She believes in a world where everything is to be, in her eyes, perfect for the individual. What she believes is that the Social Darwinism of the mainstream community should be centralized for the growth of a powerful human population. Not much is known about her goals, with all being known is that she has named herself the "Queen of the Invisible Legion".

Not much is known about her, in the least. In fact, it is stated that very little know of her existence, let alone know her motives. For those who do know her, she is regarded as an empowering and charismatic leader.
