The user is given free reign over the most powerful ability; to automatically invoke the potential of the user and grant them any skill in existence, sans Ingenio Doctrina or Evoke.

Capabilities

• The user is capable of granting any character any ability of their choice, sans anything that is considered to be NPC-Only.

Limitations

• The user is not able to give any skill that is NPC based.

Evoke

The user gains the ability to unlock the hidden potential of anyone of their choosing.

Capabilities

• The user is capable of increase the skill slot maximum of any character from 20 skill slots to 30.

Limitations

• The user is incapable of increasing it any further.
